Should you need to download a shipment label (in .pdf format), for instance because there's an integration issue preventing you from printing normally, please follow these steps:
1. log-in to my.transsmart.com (or accept-my.transsmart.com if you are working on the user acceptance environment) with your valid user-password combination
2. look up your shipment through the Manage Shipments tab and click it
3. NOTE: if you have not printed the shipment label(s) for this shipment before this moment, clicking below button will trigger the shipment status to move to LABL when successful. On the shipment page, click this button:
4. your browser will automatically download a .zip file containing the label(s) for this shipment in .pdf format. Open the file using a ZIP explorer program like WinZIP or WinRAR. You can print these on a laser printer, which could be useful if your ZPL printer is having issues and you need to move your products.
