This integration has been built by Rackbeat and is primarily configured in Rackbeat. An order channel is required to be setup in Webshipper and the account/order data is fetched through an Account Admin user in Webshipper which authenticates in Rackbeat.
We recommend you follow Rackbeat's guide after completing the steps below on this link (opens in new tab).
Setup the Order Channel
- To get started with your Rackbeat, go to Connect > Order channels > click New order channel > select Rackbeat > click Connect.
- Give your order channel a name and set the other standard fields as you see fit and finally click Create order channel to create the order channel.
- You can now configure shipping rates under the new Rackbeat order channel. You should setup at least one shipping rate in Webshipper before starting the configuration in Rackbeat. We have a guide to help you setup your first few shipping rates here (opens in new tab).
- Either use an existing Account Admin user or create a new user to handle the authentication between Webshipper and Rackbeat. The user needs to be be in the user group 'Account Admin' to properly authenticate. We have an article to help you configure a new Account Admin user here if needed (opens in new tab).
- Once the above has been accomplished in Webshipper you are ready to start setting up the Webshipper application in Rackbeat:
We recommend you follow Rackbeat's guide on the next steps on this link (opens in new tab).
