In the MyTranssmart dashboard you'll need SmartPrint to print. For installation and configuation please check the following solution: Installing the SmartPrint Client
You get an error that the printer can not be found? Please check below points:
- Is SmartPrint active on your pc? If it is there should be an icon of SmartPrint in your right below corner.
- Are you logged in with your own credentials in SmartPrint?
- Check your configuration in MyTranssmart.
- Go to the printer Icon in our dashboard.
- Select the right connection and select the right printers.
- Choose 'Save' and you can print!
