When you get the error message [TS37: It's not allowed to change a shipment with status .] this means that you are not allowed to make any adjustments to the existing shipment. Below you find an overview of all possible statuses and the allowance to make adjustments:
|Shipment has been created but not yet pre-adviced to the carrier
|Yes, you can make the changes and book the order again
|Shipment is booked and pre-adviced to the carrier.
|Yes, shipment has been booked with the carrier and changes you make will be send to the carrier
|Labels have been printed.
|NO: you need to delete the shipment and create a new one. NOTE: the old label is not valid anymore
|Shipment has been pre-adviced to the carrier, only when this carrier is a manifesting carrier.
|Shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
|Shipment is in transit.
|Shipment has been delivered and the carrier has send the status feedback.
|Automatic Proof Of Delivery. This status is given to a shipment after a certain amount of time because the system is not receiving status feedback details from the carrier.
|Shipment has been deleted. If available the shipment has also been cancelled at the carrier.
|Shipment has not been booked. An error has occured and should be visible in the shipment details.
