Zones are configured in the backend of Transsmart regarding your contract with the carrier. When you get the error message [TS27: Multiple zones found. ] this means that for this specific shipment the configuration has multiple zones which is not possible as there can only be one zone per shipment. It's not possible to change the zones yourself (unless you have acquired Admin Panel access from us). If the zone configuration needs to reconfigured, please contact us at this link
