T530 in this error message signifies that GLS has an issue with the value of the shipment. The value that causes the issue is usually shown instead of XXXX. Please note that a box is allowed to be 31 kg at the most and needs to be 0,5 kg at the very least. Adjust your shipment accordingly to be able to book it. You can adjust the package type or the weight to this end.
