This error message means you're trying to book a carrier and servicelevel combination that is not known at Transsmart.
In the backend we have configured all possible combinations of carriers, servicelevels and servicelevel other that are possible for you. We also can configure this per country, weight, value or packagetype.
Often times there will appear an additional line of information after this TS22 error. That line shows exactly why this error is caused. This line could for example state 'No rules found with 'Carrier' configured', which means that the carrier you've selected is not configured for this shipment and therefore unavailable for you to book with. An additional root cause for these sorts of issues might be that the zipcode you've entered contains either a letter before the numbers or a character (like _ , - \ /). Removing these might also solve your issue. Entering a 0 in the receiver zipcode field might also cause this error to appear (with 'No rules found with 'Carrier' configured' appearing in the error). You can solve this by replacing the 0 with a 1 and rebooking.
