Making changes to these might therefore require a consultant to look into this. In that case, consultancy fees could be billed.
This error message can be resolved by sending an email to this link and adding the reference of the shipment you are trying to book. For a short term solution, selecting a different carrier or servicelevel might also solve your issue.
