This error message appears because you have not selected a carrier for your shipment. It is also possible you have selected a carrier but have regrettably entered the wrong carriercode belonging to the carrier you're choosing. The carriercode is a three digit alphabetical code that represents the carrier and should correspond to the carriercode that Transsmart utilises in its databases.
If you are unable to find the correct carriercode or cannot select the right carrier, please contact our support to solve this problem and indicate the shipment where you receive this error message (reference number of the shipment). In addition, we would like to know which carrier you are trying to book the shipment with.
