If you get the following error message "Error: A Connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond", it is because of a firewall blocking communication on ports 52346 and 52345.

If you get the message  "Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" it means that the Consignor Service has stopped running.
