Today 1-Aug-2023 we have deployed below changes to our Beta and Accept environment.
At Thursday 3-Aug-2023 the deployment to our Production environment will be done.
We have extended the disclaimer in [Manage account, Insurance] and in the shipment details page section Shipping information. It contains more legal information and the links to the policy terms and conditions and the IPID summary will be opened in the same language as your account is setup with.
Once we have activated insurance again, you will see these changes.
Note: the disclaimer in the shipment details page will only be shown when insurance is enabled in menu [Manage account, Insurance].
Changes in location select / PUDO (PickUp DropOff) points
- For DHL Parcel Gateway (DHG) we have mapped the servicePointId to a different field which will solve the error [The provided parcel shop location could not be found]
Changes and fixes
- In the shipment details page, it's possible to download a ZIP file with shipment labels. Since 31-Jul-2023, due to a change in third party software response call -which unfortunately was not communicated to us- the ZIP file only contains max. 2 labels, even when a shipment has more labels. We have adjusted our system to handle the different response call we get, so now it will download all shipment labels again.
