You might have reached this page by clicking the Submit claim link in a shipment that was booked on our Accept environment. Note that submitting claims is only possible via our Production environment and therefor we show you below screenshots to explain the claims flow.

As soon as a shipment is insured, on the shipment details page you will see a button Submit claim which contains a link to the claims page of Cover Genius:
When clicking the link, the claims flow will be started.
- Click Start a new claim
- Select the reason and click Next.
Note: Depending on the reason, different follow-up questions will be asked and different documents to proof will need to be uploaded.

Is lost in transit:
Was stolen after it was delivered: - Click Next
- Fill in the details and click Next
- Select Yes or No and click Next
- Answer the questions and click Next.
- Upload the required files and click Submit claim.
You will receive an email confirmation and the follow-up will be done through email.
