This is a guide on how to activate Porterbuddy (NO - 681) in the Ship web interface.

Before you start
- You need the API key – get this from the carrier.
- Labelformat is PDF (default) or ZPL. If using ZPL, you can select between regular or small label.
- Input your carrier account only if Porterbuddy asks for it, this is the “location id.
Testing the setup
After you have created a test shipment (in test mode), contact Andy Vance.

If you have built a connection to Porterbuddy from another system and want Ship to update/print labels, please contact nShift customer service. Additional info must be added to the config.

Ordernumber from Ship must always be unique when sent to Porterbuddy
- You can modify the carrier setup later (adding/hiding products/services).
