If you would like to create time specific shipments, please follow the below steps.
1. CREATE A REPORT TEMPLATE
1.1 Navigate to Settings > Report Templates
1.2 Create a new report type in the top right corner
1.3 Give your report a name and base it on Shipments.
Select whatever format you like and skip the scheduling section.
1.4 For conditions, make sure sure that it is set to let the user choose a timestamp when generating the report. Also, for simplicity, you can also chose to pre-select which carrier you would like to generate the shipments for.
1.5 Insert whatever you wish in your Header section
1.6 For the content section, fill in the columns as below.
1.7 Fill in the Footer section if you want with a final note or skip it.
1.8 Press Save in the top right corner when done.
And your template is done. You can now create reports whenever you want based on the time of your choise.
2. CREATE A REPORT
2.1 navigate to the ANALYZE in the menu and select the tab for REPORTS
2.2 Create a new report in the top right corner
2.3 Select the report template you just created and define which format you would like.
2.4 Then fill in the time stamp in both fields. You will be presented with a date and time stamp selector. select which date and cycle through the time of day on hour and minute that you would like.
When you have filled in both time fields for Start and for Finish, then clikc "Create Report" in the top right corner and the report will start to generate.
While generating it will appear as a spinning circle. It may take a few seconds for it to complete.
You can leave the report overview and come back later to find the report. if the spiining takes too long, try refreshing your browser window.
