How to remove tags
Automatically removing tags is a more delicate matter, as the workflow will automatically remove tags from your orders based on a set of rules. These rules will be followed closely by the system, so make sure they are configured as intended before activating the workflow.
You do not have to activate any of the two settings, you can simply input directly in the 'Tags to remove' field if you don't need to activate the settings.
(The contents of the 'Tags to remove' box are comma seperated with no spaces needed in between as seen in the example picture above)
Remove all tags does exactly what it says, it will remove all tags on the order, no matter what they include. If this is enabled, you don't have to input any tags in the 'Tags to remove' box.
Only remove tags that are identical will only remove tags that can be matched one to one, so for example if you added 'TestTag2' on the order and 'TestTag' in the workflow rule, the tag will not be removed as the workflow rule doesn't include the number 2.
