Account name

If you need to find the account name of your Webshipper account. Simply login to your account and you should see it in the very beginning of the URL in your browser.

In the case below the account name is "rasmus" followed by ".webshipper.io". This example is merely a test example, with the company name being rasmus. Some account names may contain multiple wordings, such as eg. rasmus-store-aps.

TIP - When signing in to Webshipper Silent Printer, all you need to enter is the account name and nothing more.

Order Channel ID

The order channel ID will also appear in the URL if you go to Settings > Order Channels > Select the order channel. 

Shipping Rate ID

If you need to find a specific shipping rate ID for eg. the use of automation, go to Settings > Order Channels > Select order channel and select the desired shipping method and the ID will appear in the URL.
