Issue: Your program is running and connected to your Webshipper account. The Printer is also turned on and ready to receive prints but nothing happens and nothing gets printed.
Solution: Test with a different power cord. It seems that the printer is not getting enough power to run prints and may need a new power cord. They can be bent or damaged internally during moves.
You can always look underneath your printer to find the printer specifications. Make sure that the power cord is offering the correct amount to the printer.
