Requirements
To add Porterbuddy as a carrier, you will need the following:
- API Token (provided på porterbuddy)
- Your own opening hours
- Using the Porterbuddy plugin?
The Initial Setup
Navigate to Webshipper and then go to Connect > Carriers > Porterbuddy.
Once you get there, you insert the credentials in the field. Once you have added them, you simply click Create carrier and you are ready to create shipping rates.
Setup without the Porterbuddy plugin
Once you have connected to your carrier, you can start building your desired shipping rates with each of the services available on the carrier.
Navigate to Connect > Order channels > Select your channel > Add Shipping rate.

Setup with the Porterbuddy Plugin - Option 1 Matching (recommended)
If you are using the Porterbuddy plugin, you will to create a match/link to configure the Webshipper platform to catch your Porterbuddy related orders and send them with an identical Webshipper rate.
- Create a Porterbuddy Shipping rate in Webshipper like any other.
Read more here on how to build shipping rates - Go to your order channel > edit order channel > scroll to the bottom and create a match/link. Click Update order channel and from now on all orders from your shop integration with Porterbuddy, will be connected to your identical Porterbuddy shipping rate from Webshipper.
Setup with the Porterbuddy Plugin - Option 2 Workflow
If your Webshipper subscription plan includes workflows, you can also create a workflow to direct all incoming orders to a Webshipper rate identical to the one you have in your shop.
It should look a little like this one.
