If you have any concerns or issues you wish for us to address right away, please write to our support team so that we may help your issues.
If however, you no longer wish to have Webshipper as your shipping partner, please write to us and explain the cause of your goodbye.
Your cancellation request will then be handled promptly and your subscription will run until the next billing period. From then your account will be closed and no longer accessible. Please note that all cancellation requests have to be received at the latest, 14 days before next billing period starts to be able to process the cancellation.
