Webshipper provides returns in several ways.
The two primary ways are either to use the returnportal, or through a Workflow with a return SKU number/name.
The Portal - Self help portal with no payments
The return portal is the most popular choice for most customers. You built it exactly the way you would like and receive an iframe or a html page to integrate to the shop. With a little css you can make to to fit your site color scheme completely.

Workflow - Sell your return labels online like any other product
With a workflow it is possible to catch an order which contains a specific SKU number eg "Returnlabel". The way it works is that you basically create a product for your shop which is nothing more than a return label and sell it just like any other product. When an order with the product is placed, then the system will automatically provide a return label for you.
