VAT on E-commerce - VOEC
Since the 1st of April 2020, it is now required by Norwegian tax authorities of foreign sellers to register, declare and pay VAT on low-value goods (below 3000 NOK) to Norwegian customers.

REGISTER and receive a VOEC number
Add your VOEC number in Webshipper
To add your VOEC number to your sender information,
Go to Settings > Locations > Customs numbers, select the type you wish to register, and enter the number. Finally, click Add and the number is automatically added to your shipping info on all Norwegian shipments.
You can find it on your customs documents and on labels.
