You can create an order manually beside your order channel.

In order to do so, head over to your order list in Webshipper and click Create order and enter an order number, select an order channel as well as a currency.

Afterward, type in the sender information and the recipient information of the order. If you have previously made shipments to the customer, you are able to search for the name of the customer.

Now, you can start adding your first order line and add additional ones if needed.

Select your preferred shipping method for the order.

Finally, input any comments if needed.

Click Create order.

Congratulations! You have now created your first manual order that you can ship like any other order from your order channel.
