What is a Waybill and how does it work in Webshipper
Sometimes it can be useful to create a waybill when sending abroad. Waybills are often used to group a number of shipments into one waybill. This enables easier shipping to eg. foreign countries.
In Webshipper you can open a Waybill for a given carrier and select the criteria required for your waybill. What you select when creating the Waybill, will trigger new info fields in the same form.
Simply go to Waybills at the top of the Ship overview and click Open Waybill on the right side of the screen:
Once the Waybill has been created and is open, all shipments made afterward matching the criteria of the Waybill will automatically be included in the Waybill.
In the example, the carrier "PostNord - Bulk Norway" has been selected. This will include all shipments with the service “xxx - Samsending” with PostNord.
When the day is near its end and you need to send the Waybill, simply close the waybill and you have the Waybill as needed listed. The Waybill can now be downloaded and/or printed.
