Why use CSV?
There are several reasons why using the CSV tool could be beneficial.
- If you need more information than the API integration can fetch.
- If you need data from a platform that is not currently supported.
- If you want to manually enter more information in a single batch.
How do I set it up?
In Webshipper you will need a configuration set up in order to properly catch your CSV file and transfer the file into a Webshipper order or shipment.
However, you can choose to upload the files as needed manually in Settings > CSV import configuration > Upload CSV.
You may also have a large number of orders coming continuously or need to integrate in a way that is not yet supported in Webshipper. In this case, you will need to download and install our CSV webservice tool. once this is installed and matched to a configuration inside Webshipper, everything will run automatically.
