Note: This will not work for Shopify as they automatically always sort by price - alphabetically, but if you need a hand configuring drop point prefixes we have an article for this:
Help Center Article - How to sort drop points in Shopify (opens in a new browser tab).
The vast majority of shops can follow the guide below (WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Sorting rates in checkout
The rates will be shown according to the rate ID number they have been given by Webshipper when they were created. The ID of the rate can be seen if you select the rate in the order channel and look in the URL.
Let's say that your first rate is named: "DHL Express Worldwide" (ID 1) And the second rate is named: "Home Delivery" (ID 2) But you wish to swap the two in your checkout.
Simply go to Connect > Order channels > select your channel > and click "Duplicate" on the shipping rate.
This will create an exact copy of your rate, only this will now have ID 3 instead.
Next, you go to your first shipping rate "DHL Express Worldwide" (ID 1) and hide it in your order channel so that it is no longer visible in checkout.
You are free to delete it as well however, it is always a good thing to check your checkout beforehand.
Now refresh your browser and the two should be swapped inside your checkout.
And that's it, you are all done.
Note: you may have to clear the cache or see it in an incognito browser to verify the changes.
When orders come in with the new shipping rate, they will appear in the status "Shipping rate missing", This is because the orders will have to be matched to the new shipping rate. This only has to be done once. Read more here.
