Missing orders? Navigate to your order overview and click in the top right corner for Import orders.

Click Manual import

In your view, you should now be able to select a few input fields.

1. Select your Order channel in the drop-down menu.

2. Select ID in the checkbox.

3. Fill in the Order ID from your store in the new field below and click Add.

4. Click Import orders.
