This article will show you how to edit a price in your Custom Price Calculation (CPC) setup. Carriers change prices regularly and you can easily edit a price using the CPC interface.

Choose a section according to your solution:

• Hosted solutions (Ticket or Shipment Server)
• nShift On-premises
  
  

Ship hosted solutions (Ticket or Shipment Server)

1. Log into nShift Portal.
   
   
2. Go to Ship > Configuration > Price Calculation in the top menu.
   
   
3. Click the three dots next to the file you want to update and click Edit.
   
   
   
   
4. The file is placed under Published. A file must be in Drafts to edit it. Choose Clone in drafts.
   
   
   
   
5. You will now see a version of the file under Drafts. Choose Edit.
   
   
   
   
6. Go to the Base prices tab. 
   
   
7. Click on the price you want to update and change the value.
   
   
   
   
8. Repeat for all the prices that need changing and finish by clicking the Save button. 
   
   
9. Click the Complete button to go to the Files page.
   
   
10. Click the three dots next to the file under Drafts and choose Publish. The new prices are now in production. 
    
    

Edit a price - nShift On-premises 

1. In nShift On-premises, go to Setup and find the subcarrier or product where Price Calculation is activated. Double-click on the Price Calculation icon to open it.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Configure and then Edit next to the file you want to edit. This opens the CPC interface.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you see the CPC interface, please follow steps 4-10 above which describes how to edit and publish price changes.
