Third party billing is a functionality within the Transsmart platform that enables the costs of shipments with certain carriers to be billed to a third party, whose information has to be transmitted in the booking to our platform.  Bookings need to contain a third party address segment with the requisite data fields filled. The required fields differ per carrier.
