Step 1

• Via the sales support of DHL or DHL accountmanager you can request an account for the online booking application of DHL, My DHL Parcel https://my.dhlparcel.nl/business
• Please give them the Debit- and/or Account numbers that need to be set up on the My DHL Parcel account
• After we have registered you, you will receive an activation link. With this link, you can set up your own password. The link is valid for 48 hours.
• Is the link not valid anymore? You can request a new password via my.dhlparcel.nl
• After your account is activated, the best browser to use is Google Chrome. This will ensure the best user experience.  

Step 2

• When you are logged in to the portal please go to settings
• In the settings menu you can choose for API Key and click top right on the red button ‘new API Key’
• Give a description of the API Key, for example ‘Transsmart’ and click on the red button “Generate API Key”
• Copy the User ID and API Key to your clipboard copy in to you email.
