In MyTranssmart, you can create and manage your own address book.
Basic Information
By default, the system displays 14 addresses. When you click “Show more”, an additional 32 addresses will appear.
You can sort the list by clicking any column header. By default, the list is sorted alphabetically (A–Z) by the Name column.
You can either upload an existing database of addresses or manually add a single address.
Address Fields
For each address, you can complete the following fields (mandatory fields are marked with *):
- Name*
- Address Line 1*
- Number
- Address Line 2
- Address Line 3
- Zip/Postal Code*
- City*
- Country*
- State/Province/Region
- Contact Person
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Account Number
- Customer Number
- Language
- Cost Center
- VAT Number
- EORI Number
- Instruction
Adding a Single Address
- Go to Manage Account → Address Book.
- Click “Add Address +” in the bottom-right corner.
- Fill in the required fields (those marked with *), along with any optional fields you wish to include.
Uploading an Address Book
If you already have many addresses you want to use in MyTranssmart, you can upload them via an Excel file.
If your address book is currently empty, we recommend adding one address manually and then downloading the address book. This allows you to see the correct format required for your upload file.
