Dispatch Locations

Set your Dispatch location so it’s prefilled when creating a shipment. You can set this on account level. 

Go to 'Locations & Cost Centers' and choose 'Add Location' at Dispatch location. Fill in the fields and add the location. 

Go to 'My Details' to set your dispatch location as a default so it is prefilled when manually booking a shipment. 

My Pickup Points

If you have your own Pickup points / Retail Stores where your customers can collect goods then you can add them under My Pickup Points. Just hit “Add Pickup Point” and fill in the address so they can be used in the pickup locator when you book your shipments.
