Check the article Manually manifest your shipments to see how you can create a manually manifest and how to use the filters. 

Once you generated the list of shipments you want to see you can either:

1. Download

When you want to download an overview of the shipments on a loading list you can click Download. You'll get a document that looks like below example. 

2. Print

When you want to print the loading list you can click the button 'Print'. The list of shipments will be printed immediately via SmartPrint to the document printer that is set in your print settings. This printer needs to be a laser printer since it will print a PDF document. 

Click in the right above corner on 'Printers' to check if you have set a document printer.
