Shipment via Transsmart
Transsmart can on behalf of you, register delivery notes at more than 180 carriers such as UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. Transsmart determines the correct/optimal carrier automatically based on the information from Profit and the contract in which details such as prices are mentioned. Also, the conditions of the packages (dimensions, weight, etc.) are established. As soon as a delivery note is completed in Profit, the data will be send to Transsmart. They will fill it in at the correct carrier (depending on your agreement with Transsmart).
If the sign-in is successful, it will become visible in the status of the delivery note. The send label of the carrier can be printed and placed on the shipment. You can also set that it will happen automatically. Thereafter, the packages will be picked up by the carrier. By means of the track &trace code can you and your client/customer follow the shipment. As last, the invoice can be compared with the specification of the shipment at Transsmart.
