PostNL Pakje Gemak is an alternative way of shipping for carrier PostNL. To utilise this service, certain fields need to be sent in the booking of the shipment to Transsmart. You can fill these fields by using the location selector within the Transsmart platform or you can enter this data manually.
- Receiving address is the address of the PostNL package point where the shipment can be picked up.
- Contact person name, e-mail address and phone number (in case of text/SMS notification) in the contact details of the invoicing address.

receiver contact person: name of consumer/customer who will collect the shipment from the PostNL package point.

Be aware of the following: The house number and the contact person name from the invoicing address will be printed on the label and will be verified when collection takes place.
