Booking Profiles

To create shipments faster the booking profiles are the solution. You can set default values so you can select them with one click and set the most used one as default so it’s prefilled when creating a shipment.

Step 1. Go to 'Manage account' and choose for 'Booking Profiles'. 

Step 2. Click on 'Add Profile'

Step 3. Fill in below fields. 

Booking Profile Code: give each booking profile an unique code. 

Description: give each booking profile a description. This text will be shown when creating a manual shipment. 

Carrier: choose the carrier

Service Level Time: choose the service level

Service Level Other: if necessary choose a service level time other

Cost Center: if necessary choose a costcenter

Select a Incoterms: if necessary choose a incoterm

Mail Type: choose a default mail type

Step 4. Click on 'Add Profile'

Now you can select these booking profiles when manually booking a shipment.
