As soon as you start using subaccounts, the theming functionality becomes available for you to use. The ‘Theme Settings’ button will activated in MyTranssmart under ‘Manage Account’. Theming enables you to configure styling, logos, brand names and custom links for all sub (child & grandchild) accounts.
- The main (parent) account will always see the Transsmart-branded theme.
- If no themes are set, both the parent- and all child- & grandchild accounts will see the Transsmart-branded theme.
- Themes are always set one rank higher. So for child accounts, the theme can be set on the parent account and for grandchild accounts it can be set on the child account.
- Grandchild accounts are not able to see, nor manage theme settings.
By default, the Transsmart-branded theme is activated. To customize it for your (grand)child account(s), you can select one primary color. You do this by clicking the color block beneath the text 'Primary color'. As soon as you select a color, the dashboard will show a preview.
You can configure a header logo (top of the screen), footer logo (bottom of the screen) and favicon (the small icon that shows in your browser tab).
Requirements for the header and footer logo: 250×250 px, in either PNG or JPG format. As soon as you have selected a logo, it will be previewed in the adjacent block.
Under brand name, you can type the brand name that will be shown on the page title.
You can customize two hyperlinks in MyTranssmart for your (grand)child account(s); the 'Help center' button in the top right corner and the 'Get help' button in the lower right corner. By default these links get you to the Transsmart support portal. For (grand)child accounts it might be better to set them to your own support team.
