How does it work?

Are you planning to move your On-premises installation to a new server, do you need a new printer, or do you want an exact time for general assistance? Then booking an appointment with our technical consultants is the right solution. No more waiting in line on the phone and you will have a predictable workday. Just click the right link above, choose your time and duration, fill in your info, and we will call you when your appointment begins. 

After ordering an appointment we recommend downloading and installing Teamviewer so it is ready when your appointment begins. 

How to order

1. When you enter the booking page, you will see a list of available services. Click the service you would like to book.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on a date in the calendar and select a time.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the fields with your contact information and describe in the comments field what you want us to help you with. If you already have an open request in customer service, please fill in the request ID.
   
   
   
   
4. Accept the cancellation terms and click Continue. 
   
   
5. Click Book my appointment to confirm your booking.
   
   
   
   
6. Your appointment is now booked, and we will call you up when it begins.
