If you are using loading meters, you can configure nShift On-premises to calculate these based on this formula:

Length x Width / Factor = Loading meter

Follow these steps to set it up:

1. Go to Setup and navigate to the level in your installation where you want the calculation to work. 
   
   
2. Right-click in the pane to the right and select New > Loadmeter Calculation.
   
   
   
   
3. Check the box next to Calculation active. The default factor is 2.4 meters, but you may change this if needed. Click OK to save.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the loading meter calculation is active, any values entered in the Length and Width fields in Goods Information will automatically be used to fill the Line loadmeter field. You can always overwrite the automatic calculation by filling in your own value in the Line loadmeter field if needed.
