- Select the Groups tab. Check or uncheck the relevant groups. Unchecking a group will remove all the fields inside the group.
- Click OK to save.
Add or remove individual fields
- To add or remove individual fields, place the cursor inside a group right-click, and choose Field selector. In this example, we are editing the receiver address fields:

- Click OK to save.
Error markings and color
You can turn on error markings and different field colors to help guide you through the production.
- Go to Main > Production and select Tools > Setup Current View in the top menu.
- Select the Groups tab and check Show error markings.
- Click the User tab to control colors. Click the three dots "..." next to each color to open the color picker and choose your desired color.
- Click OK in all windows to save your settings. The image below shows error markings and focused field color. Error markings are shown in mandatory fields that are empty or have wrong values.
Make a field mandatory
Some fields are mandatory because the carrier requires them, and these validations cannot be changed. However, you may configure any field as mandatory in your production view.
- Right-click on the field that should be mandatory and select Field properties.
- Check Field is mandatory. Click OK to save.
