Templates enable you to set up default values for weight, volume, number of parcels, content, etc. so you do not need to fill in the same information every time you make a shipment. For example, templates are used by many customers to set the default number of parcels to 1.

Creating a new template
- Log in and go to New Bookings > New to create a new shipment and click the Edit Line Templates icon on the Goods Lines.
- The Edit line templates window opens. Click the New template button.
- Fill in the fields with the desired information and click Save. Check the Default template box if you want the values to be filled in by default.
- The template is now available when clicking the three-dot menu in the Template field. When you select it, the goods line will be filled in with the default values from the template.
Saving the goods line as a template
Using this method, you can create a template based on the information you have entered on the goods line.
- Fill in the desired information in the Goods Lines fields.
- Click the Save line as template icon
- A new template is created with the information from the goods line. You may enter another name and edit the values before saving. Check the Default template box if you want the values to always be filled in by default.
- The template is now available when clicking the three-dot menu in the Template field. When you select it, the goods line will be filled in with the default values from the template.
Editing templates
- To edit existing templates, click the Edit Line Templates icon on the Goods Lines.
- Click on a template and edit the fields.
- Use the hamburger icons to change the order of the list or the delete icon to delete a template.
- Click Save to save your changes.
