In nShift Ship On-premises, you can access a log that shows the changes made to a shipment, including the name of the user who made the changes and the date and time. For some companies that ship pharmaceuticals, valuable items, dangerous goods, and similar products, having access to this change log is important.
- Go to Main > Transmitted Batch.
- Find the relevant batch on the list and double-click to open it.
- Go to the Shipments tab and double-click on a shipment to open the Shipment View.
- Click the Shipment Changes icon in the top menu. This will open a window with the change log.
Accessing the changelog on a shipment that has not been transmitted to the carrier yet is also possible. Go to Main > Outbox find the relevant carrier and click on the Stack. Double-click on a shipment to open the Shipment View and then click the Shipment Changes icon to open the log.
