In nShift On-premises it is possible to access a log with the changes made to a shipment, including the name of the user who made the changes and the date+time. To some companies who ship pharmaceuticals, valuable items or dangerous goods etc., it is required to access a change log.
- Go to Main > Transmitted Batch.
- Find the relevant batch on the list and double click to open it.
- Go to the Shipments tab and double click on a shipment to open the Shipment View.
- Click the Shipment Changes icon in the top menu. This will open a window with the change log.
It is also possible to access the change log on a shipment that has not been transmitted to the carrier yet. Go to Main > Outbox and find the relevant carrier and click on the Stack. Double click on a shipment to open the Shipment View and then click the Shipment Changes icon to open the log.
