Draft files

Once you have made a configuration and saved it, it will be listed under Draft on the Files page. 

Click the three dots next to a file to open a drop-down menu with the following actions:

Edit - edit the configuration. Opens the editor in the Main tab. Edit fees/discounts - go directly to the fees/discounts tab for editing. Clone - make a copy of the configuration file. Publish - publish the configuration so it becomes active. Delete - delete the configuration file.  Export XML - export the configuration to an XML file on your computer. Export Excel - export the configuration to an Excel file on your computer.

When you have edited a draft, click the Complete button to return to the Files page.

Published files

Choose Publish in the drop-down menu of a Draft file to activate it. This will move the file from Drafts to Published. Only published configuration files will be used to calculate the prices shown in your Ship solution.

Published files have the following options in the drop-down menu:

Clone in drafts - will create a copy of the file in Drafts. Published files cannot be edited so you must create a copy to make changes. Export XML - export the configuration to an XML file on your computer. Export Excel - export the configuration to an Excel file on your computer.

History

The History section shows previously published files. If you currently have a published file, it will be moved to History when you publish a new file from Drafts. To replace a current file, you can either upload a new file or create a new configuration and publish it from the Drafts section.
