Draft files
Once you have made a configuration, it will be listed as a Draft. It is possible to have multiple drafts.
Next to each draft you will see five action icons:
The icons cover the following features:
- Edit - edit the configuration.
- Clone - make a copy of the configuration file.
- Export - save the configuration as an XML file on your computer.
- Delete - delete the configuration file.
- Publish - publish the configuration so it will be active.
When you have edited a draft, always click Save at the bottom of the Main tab and then Close to return to the overview page.
Publishing a file
Click the Publish icon to activate a draft file. It will now move from Drafts to Published.
Only published configuration files will be used to calculate the prices shown in your On-premises.
A published file has two action icons with the following features:
- Clone to draft - make a copy of the configuration and place it under Drafts.
- Export - save the configuration as an XML file on your computer.
As default you will only see the latest published file. Click the History button to see previously published files.
