There are several ways you can create a return shipment in Ship:

• Create a return shipment in production view
• Create a return shipment in addition to a standard shipment
• Create a return shipment from Outbox

Please note that not all carriers support return shipments. You can only create return shipments if your carrier supports it.

Create a return shipment in production view

1. Go to Ship > New and select Return shipment in the drop-down menu under Carrier.
   
   
   
   
2. Fill in the shipment information and print the label.

Create a return shipment in addition to a standard shipment

1. Go to Ship > New and start by creating the standard shipment.
   
   
2. Check the box Return shipment in addition.
   
   
   
   
3. The view will now change to Return shipment, and if the carrier has multiple return products, you may change to a different one. 
   
   
4. Fill in the shipment information for the return shipment and click the Print button to print both labels.

Create a return shipment from Outbox

1. Go to Ship > Outbox
   
   
2. Locate the relevant shipment and choose New return in the menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in the data for the return shipment and print the label.
