At nShift, we use TeamViewer for remote support when assisting nShift Ship customers. TeamViewer is an application that lets us connect to your computer to provide remote support.

You can also access TeamViewer from nShift On-premises by choosing Help > Remote support
When you run the file, the TeamViewer QuickSupport window will open and look like the example below. Please share the 9-digit ID with nShift Customer Service so they can connect to your computer (the example below has been anonymized). If you are using a different version of TeamViewer, you might see a password instead of stars. In that case, please provide the password as well.
