In nShift we use TeamViewer for remote support when helping nShift Ship customers. TeamViewer is an application that allows us to connect to your machine and perform a remote support task.

You can also access TeamViewer from nShift On-premises by choosing Help > Remote support
When you run the file, the TeamViewer QuickSupport window will open and look like the example below. Tell nShift Customer Service the 9-digit ID to allow them to connect to your computer (the example below has been anonymized). If you run another version of TeamViewer, you may see a password instead of the stars. In this case, you must also provide the password.
Important note: Please close any personal/sensitive information on your computer before letting nShift Customer Service connect via TeamViewer.
