If you wish to change or activate a carrier from our carrier library on your nShift Ship account (former Consignor), please fill in the order form by clicking the link below.
Activate carrier
Please add the following information in the Description field:
- Carrier
- Customer number and/or API credentials received from the carrier
- Transport services (products)
- Customer name
- Address
- Postcode
- City
- Contact person
- Phone number
There is an activation fee per carrier. Once we receive your request, we will report the assignment to the carrier, and you will be contacted by our customer service for setup and testing when the carrier gives us the go-ahead.
Carrier-specific information needed
If you order one of the following carriers, we also need some carrier-specific information to activate the carrier.
Bring: Is your agreement with Bring Denmark, Sweden or Norway? If the agreement is with Bring Denmark, we need to know if it is Bring Parcel, Cargo or Express.
Dao: Provide your password to DAO API login
DHL Denmark: Is your agreement made with DHL Express (Economy, Express), DHL Freight (DHL Euroconnect) or Deutsche Post (DHL Paket, Weltpaket, Retoure)?
DSV: Is your agreement made with DSV Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland? Do you wish to use DSV for road, air freight, sea freight or courier?
PostNord: Customer number must be 9 digit MIS/KOS. Which email address should be used for notifications from PostNord in case of EDI errors? Are you going to book domestic or/and overseas shipments?
Sand: Is your agreement made with Sand Distribution or Sand Road Freight?
UPS: Provide your UPS.com password and UPS access key. Write which of the following UPS service you want: Standard, Express, Express plus, Express saver and/or Expedited.
