This is a summary of the Returns versions released between November 2025 and January 2026.
Improvements
- Added additional data to the analytics export:
- Order number
- Selected carrier service
- Tracking number
- Improved order loading logic, resulting in faster response times.
- When configuring a market, the market code is now included.
- Improved the “Most Returned Products” view, including updated logic and additional information.

It is now possible to add a custom Title and Description to shipping options.
- Added support for using customerId instead of email when using the “auto” login feature. The following combinations are now supported for triggering /signIn:
- order + customerId
- orderBase + customerId
- email + order
- emailBase + orderBase
- Extended Checkout in Returns support to also include nShift Delivery.
- Improved the Shopify integration and optimized the import process.
- Images uploaded during the return process are now included in the PULL API.
- The PULL API now includes the pickupPointID of the selected store when the customer chooses return to store.

- Fixed incorrect email translations.
- Resolved issues related to shipping refunds.
- Minor bug fixes and general improvements.
