PostNord Norway deprecates Home Delivery Service in Ship

Effective January 8, 2026, PostNord Norway will deprecate the Home Delivery service. This change affects all nShift Ship customers using PostNord Norway (CarrierConceptID: 5) and the service Home Delivery (ProdConceptID: 544).

 

What is changing?

PostNord Norway is updating their terms and conditions to remove the Home Delivery option. This change takes effect on January 8, 2026.

⚠️ After January 8, 2026, the Home Delivery service will no longer be valid. Customers using this service must transition to alternative options to avoid disruptions.

 

What you need to do

If you wish to continue shipping with PostNord Norway using equivalent services, here are the recommended replacements:
 

Decommissioned service

  • Home Delivery (ProdConceptID: 544)

     

Replacement services

For shipments under 35 kg:

  • PostNord Home (ProdConceptID: 6873)
     

For shipments over 35 kg:

  • Groupage (ProdConceptID: 57) with addon Private Receiver (service code: 5054)

  • Pallet (ProdConceptID: 800) with addon Private Receiver (service code: 5054)
