Today, 27-October-2025, we deployed the changes and fixes to our Accept environment.
The release to Production is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday 28-October-2025.
MyTranssmart dashboard changes
When booking a shipment via the webservice/API, it’s possible to send in customerDocuments on shipment/package level. In MyTranssmart, when zooming into the shipment details page of a shipment with status NEW or BOOK, the customerDocuments were deleted when pressing Book or Print. (Note: for Print only if a change was detected). This is solved now; when (re)booking a shipment the customerDocuments will not be deleted.
In Firefox the icons in MyTranssmart were not shown. This is solved now.

In the login page, after filling your mail address and clicking the Forgot password link, it will now prefill the same mail address as you entered in the first page. Before, the field was empty and you needed to re-enter the mail address.

General note: because it’s possible that users are working in the MyTranssmart dashboard at the moment of the deployment, it is recommended that users log off the dashboard, press Ctrl + F5 (to reload the current browser page including the browser cache) and log in again.
