Checkout & Returns
- Added support for pre-default package dimensions in the packages array when using Checkout and Returns.
- Started sending type of flow (Returns, Claims & Exchanges) to Checkout, enabling rules to be applied based on the flow.
- Fixed an issue where the tracking link was not showing.
- Added support to send the original orderNumber as an additional reference on the Submit Shipment call to nShift Ship.
Improvements to the Return Portal
We’ve made several improvements to ensure our Returns Portal meets European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements:
- The "Reason for return" dropdown now has an accessible label, allowing screen readers to announce it clearly.
- "Delivery options" now announce when a choice is selected, making it easier for screen reader users to understand the current state.
- Page structure has been updated with proper headings for better navigation.
- Language attributes are correctly applied, so screen readers use the right voice, and translation tools work more reliably.
New feature: Self-service API keys
- You can now generate your own API keys directly in the portal, without needing support. Read more in this article: Creating API keys
